Contract Grant Decision Declaration

It is hereby announced in accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 43 of the Procurement Law that Afghanistan Oil and Gas Corporation intends to grant AOGC main office second phase landscape project with (AOGC/NCB/1403/039) TIN number to Atlas Maihan Road and Construction Company holding license No. (82294) located on Refah Town, Khair-Khana Kotel-Kabul in exchange of 11381280 (eleven million three hundred eighty-one thousand two hundred eighty Afghani).

Individuals and entities who have any objection in the context can submit their written objection with clear reasons within seven calendar days from the date of publication of this announcement to the Directorate of Procurement of Afghanistan Oil and Gas Corporation located on Khair-Khana Kotel, next to PD 17^th of Kabul Municipality, Kabul-Afghanistan in accordance with the 50^th article of Procurement Law. This proposal does not mean a contract, and the contract will not be signed till the above-mentioned deadline is completed and legal procedures are fulfilled.
