Contract Grant Decision Declaration

It is hereby announced in accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 43 of the Procurement Law that Afghanistan Oil and Gas Corporation intends to grant purchasing tires and batteries for high-tonnage vehicles of the main office project contract with (AOGC/NCB/1403/014) TIN number to Hikmatullah Omaid Limited Commercial Company holding license No. (58046) located in Dogh Abad, 7^th District, Kabul in exchange for a minimum amount of 3453120, three million, four hundred and fifty-three thousand, and one hundred and twenty Afghani and maximum amount of 4247712, four million, two hundred forty-seven thousand, and seven hundred and twelve Afghani.

Individuals and entities who have any objection in the context can submit their written objection with clear reasons within 7 calendar days from the date of publication of this announcement to the Directorate of Procurement of Afghanistan Oil and Gas Corporation located on Khair-Khana Kotel, next to PD 17^th of Kabul Municipality, Kabul-Afghanistan, in accordance with the 50^th article of Procurement Law.

It is pertinent to mention that the proposal does not mean a contract, and the contract will not be signed till the above-mentioned deadline is completed and legal procedures are fulfilled.
