Contract Grant Decision Declaration

It is hereby announced in accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 43 of the Procurement Law that the Afghanistan Oil and Gas Corporation intends to sign the contract of purchasing high-tonnage vehicles spare parts for provinces for the fiscal year 1403 project, with TIN number (AOGC/NCB/1403/G-015) to Waheed Fahim Kabul Company and Hekmatullah Omaid Jv Business Company holding license numbers (0101-19635 & 58046) which are located in 7^th district and 2^nd district, Kabul-Afghanistan, in exchange of 7501463 (seven million, five hundred one thousand and four hundred and sixty-three Afghani) and total amount is 13417505 (thirteen million, four hundred seventeen thousand and five hundred five Afghani).

Individuals and entities who have any objection in the context can submit their written objection with clear reasons within 7 calendar days from the date of publication of this announcement to the Directorate of Procurement of Afghanistan Oil and Gas Corporation located on Khair-Khana Kotel, next to PD 17^th of Kabul Municipality, Kabul-Afghanistan, in accordance with the 50^th article of Procurement Law. This proposal does not mean a contract, and the contract will not be signed till the above-mentioned deadline is completed and legal procedures are fulfilled.
