Contract Grant Decision Declaration

It is hereby announced in accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 43 of the Procurement Law that Afghanistan Oil and Gas Corporation intends to grant stationary purchase for the 1403 fiscal year project with (AOGC/NCB/1403/G-031) TIN number to Alain Amarat Logistic Services Company holding license No. (84481) located in Bagrami-Kabul in exchange of 4794524 (four million seven hundred ninety-four thousand five hundred twenty-four Afghani).

Individuals and entities who have any objection in the context can submit their written objection with clear reasons within seven calendar days from the date of publication of this announcement to the Directorate of Procurement of Afghanistan Oil and Gas Corporation located on Khair-Khana Kotel, next to PD 17^th of Kabul Municipality, Kabul-Afghanistan, in accordance with the 50^th article of Procurement Law. This proposal does not mean a contract, and the contract will not be signed till the above-mentioned deadline is completed and legal procedures are fulfilled.
