Contract Grant Decision Declaration

It is hereby announced in accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 43 of the Procurement Law that Afghanistan Oil and Gas Corporation intends to grant the project contract: preparing and installing 250 GPS devices in high-speed vehicles and oil tankers for the fiscal year 1403, with (AOGC/NCB/1403/G-007) TIN number to Taktaz Technologies Company, which holding license number (D-41965) and located in 8th Street, Taimani of Kabul, in exchange for (900000) nine hundred thousand Afghani.

Individuals and entities who have any objection in the context can submit their written objection with clear reasons within seven calendar days from the date of publication of this announcement to the Directorate of Procurement of Afghanistan Oil and Gas Corporation located on Khair-Khana Kotel, next to PD 17^th of Kabul Municipality, Kabul-Afghanistan, in accordance with the 50^th article of Procurement Law. This proposal does not mean a contract, and the contract will not be signed till the above-mentioned deadline is completed and legal procedures are fulfilled.
