Contract Grant of 50000 Seals

It is hereby announced in accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 43 of the Procurement Law that Afghanistan Oil and Gas Corporation intends to grant the purchase project of 50000 seals for pump station columns oil distribution ordering corporation contract with (AOGC/NCB/1403/G/030) TIN number to Gulabuddin Khanzada logistical and commercial company holding license No. (14195) located in Quaye-Markaz, Najeeb Zarab Market, 2^nd District, Kabul in exchange for a total amount of 690000 (six hundred and ninety thousand Afghani.

Individuals and entities who have any objection in the context can submit their written objection with clear reasons within 7 calendar days from the date of publication of this announcement to the Directorate of Procurement of Afghanistan Oil and Gas Corporation located on Khair-Khana Kotel, next to PD 17^th of Kabul Municipality, Kabul-Afghanistan in accordance with the 50^th article of Procurement Law.

It is pertinent to mention that the proposal does not mean a contract, and the contract will not be signed till the above-mentioned deadline is completed and legal procedures are fulfilled.
