Contract Grant of purchasing 250 liquid gas filling machines

It is hereby announced in accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 43 of the Procurement Law that Afghanistan Oil and Gas Corporation intends to grant a project of purchasing 250 liquid gas filling machines contract with (AOGC/NCB/1403/G-033) TIN number to Tayeb Subhan Construction and Logistic Services Company holding license No. (62956) located in Traffic Intersection, 4^th District, Kabul in exchange for a total amount of 3162500 (three million and one hundred sixty-two thousand and five hundred Afghani).

Individuals and entities who has any objection in the context can submit their written objection with clear reasons within 7 calendar days from the date of publication of this announcement to the Directorate of Procurement of Afghanistan Oil and Gas Corporation located on Khair-Khana Kotel, next to PD 17^th of Kabul Municipality, Kabul-Afghanistan, in accordance with the 50^th article of Procurement Law.

It is pertinent to mention that the proposal does not mean a contract; and the contract will not be signed till the above-mentioned deadline is completed and legal procedures are fulfilled.
