Contract Grant of purchasing 4000 original Gas balloons with a net weight of 44 kilos

It is hereby announced in accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 43 of the Procurement Law that Afghanistan Oil and Gas Corporation intends to grant a project of purchasing 4000 original gas balloons with a net weight of 44 kilos contract with (AOGC/NCB/1403/G-012) TIN number to Oqaban-e-Falak Construction and Logistic Company holding license No. (62504) located in 5^th street of Taimani Project, 7^th District, Kabul in exchange for a total amount of 19900000 (nineteen million and nine hundred thousand Afghani).

Individuals and entities who have any objection in the context can submit their written objection with clear reasons within 7 calendar days from the date of publication of this announcement to the Directorate of Procurement of Afghanistan Oil and Gas Corporation located on Khair-Khana Kotel, next to PD 17^th of Kabul Municipality, Kabul-Afghanistan in accordance with the 50^th article of Procurement Law.

It is pertinent to mention that the proposal does not mean a contract, and the contract will not be signed till the above-mentioned deadline is completed and legal procedures are fulfilled.
