Contract Grant of purchasing spare parts for high speed vehicles

It is hereby announced in accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 43 of the Procurement Law that Afghanistan Oil and Gas Corporation intends to grant a project of purchasing spare parts for high-speed vehicles contract with (AOGC/NCB/1403/G/018) TIN number to Hilmatullah Omaid Commercial Company holding license No. (58046), located in Dogh Abad, 7^th District, Kabul in exchange for a minimum amount of 3005640 (three million five thousand and six hundred forty Afghani) and a maximum amount of 3388256 (three million, three hundred eighty-eight thousand, two hundred fifty-six Afghani).

Individuals and entities who have any objection in the context can submit their written objection with clear reasons within 7 calendar days from the date of publication of this announcement to the Directorate of Procurement of Afghanistan Oil and Gas Corporation located on Khair-Khana Kotel, next to PD 17^th of Kabul Municipality, Kabul-Afghanistan in accordance with the 50^th article of Procurement Law.

It is pertinent to mention that the proposal does not mean a contract and the contract will not be signed till the above-mentioned deadline is completed and legal procedures are fulfilled.
