Contract Grant of transiting a scale from Logar province to Nangarhar

It is hereby announced in accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 43 of the Procurement Law that Afghanistan Oil and Gas Corporation intends to grant transiting a scale from Logar province and installing it in Angor Bagh reservoir of Nangarhar project contract with (AOGC/NCB/1403/W-045) TIN number to Insaf High Skill Production Company holding license No. (D-02-1818) located in Sabz Abad of Sorkh Road District-Nangarhar in exchange for a total amount of 1784900 (one million, seven hundred and eight-four thousand and nine hundred Afghani).

Individuals and entities who have an objection in the context can submit their written objection with clear reasons within 7 calendar days from the date of publication of this announcement to the Directorate of Procurement of Afghanistan Oil and Gas Corporation located on Khair-Khana Kotel, next to PD 17^th of Kabul Municipality, Kabul-Afghanistan, in accordance with the 50^th article of Procurement Law.

It is pertinent to mention that the proposal does not mean a contract; and the contract will not be signed till the above-mentioned deadline is completed and legal procedures are fulfilled.
