Purchasing high-tonnage vehicle spare parts Project for AOGC main officer and provincial branches

Afghanistan Oil and Gas Corporation kindly invites all qualified candidates to participate in the tendering process of the projects; purchase of needed for the main office for the fiscal year 1403 with TIN number (AOGC/NCB/1403/G-013) and the project of high-tonnage vehicles spare parts purchase needed for provinces for the fiscal year 1403 with TIN number (AOGC/NCB/1403/G-015), contract or conditions form can be obtained from the procurement sub-department of Afghanistan state-owned Oil and Gas Corporation within official hours. 

According to the terms and conditions of the contract and law and procurement procedures, individuals and companies can submit their closed-offers for the high-tonnage vehicle spare parts purchase project from the date of publication of the announcement to 21 calendar days, and for the provincial high-tonnage vehicle spare parts purchase project from the date of publication of the announcement to 23 calendar days, to the procurement sub-department of Afghanistan oil and gas corporation located on Khair-Khana Kotel, next to PD 17^th of Kabul Municipality, Kabul-Afghanistan. Untimely and online offers are not acceptable/ considered.

The bank guarantee of the offer for the purchase of high-tonnage vehicle spare parts for main officer is 618,200 (six hundred and eighteen thousand two hundred Afghani) and for provinces is 305,246 (three hundred and five thousand, two hundred and forty-six Afghani) and offers opening session will be held at 10:00 a.m. in the conference hall of the AOGC General Directorate.
